Bean Box Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Some Bean Box offerings consist of a subscription that automatically renews. These will continue until you cancel. Future recurring charges will be applied to the payment method you provide either at checkout, or by updating your billing preferences in the account section of our Web site. These charges are in an amount detailed at the time of checkout, and reiterated in your email receipt. Unless you specifically choose otherwise, the term of these services is continuous until cancelled. The minimum purchase obligation for the subscription(s), excluding shipping, discounts or other credits applied, are detailed at the time of checkout, and reiterated in your email receipt.

Your subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via email (delight@beanbox.com), toll-free phone call (888-923-8596), US Mail (Bean Box, 1037 NE 65th Street, PMB 326, Seattle, WA 98115), or by logging in to your account at https://beanbox.com/account. Cancellations received prior to 1 PM PST on the Wednesday preceding a scheduled shipment will receive no further charges; those received after this cutoff are subject to a final charge for the scheduled shipment, after which no further charges will apply.
