Our mission has always been to add more joy and delight to your mornings. That mission includes everyone--from all walks of life--we’ve had the privilege to share coffee with since our founding in 2014. The events of 2020 continue to impact our community, humble us, and will ultimately shape our DNA for the better.
- As a company, we are categorically opposed, by policy and action, to any kind of racism or discriminatory behavior, on any basis (race, color, sex, gender, age, etc.). We are an equal-opportunity employer, and committed to building a team that reflects the diverse community of people we serve.
- Even though we’re a tiny startup, we have always found ways to prioritize doing Good within our community and the broader coffee ecosystem. This takes many forms, from featuring coffees and roasters who engage in direct trade with farmers; to last year injecting over $1m into the Pacific Northwest Specialty Coffee roasting community; to our donation of $20k to Feeding America this spring; to providing fair compensation, benefits, and great opportunities to our team.
- We believe in action over speech, and in our ability to make the world a better place, if only by diligently cultivating our own garden, and curating great coffee. Right now, the world needs it.
