Roaster's Notes
This Ethiopian coffee is named after the Mulish washing station, where almost 900 Guji smallholder farmers bring their cherries. It is relatively young, but has a grand reputation among coffee roasters and is one of the best washing stations in the Guiji area. Shortly after it started operations, the number of coffee farmers has grown, as have the number of those working with the washing station. You'll find this coffee has a juicy mouthfeel with a syrupy body, and is bursting with tropical fruit flavors.
