Give a warm welcome to Bean Box’s new roasting partner, Onyx Coffee Lab! If you’ve never heard of Onyx, or enjoyed their house blend Southern Weather, we’re overjoyed to introduce you. Southern Weather is hospitality in a cup, a perfectly-formulated medium roast that just begs for a porch, a rocking chair, and good company. At first sip, you’ll taste freshly-baked pecan pie, with layered flavors of chocolate, candied nuts, and a toasty, brown-sugar sweetness. The finish is bright and uplifting, like a juicy purple plum and hint of sunny citrus. Whether you prefer your coffee hot, chilled, or cloudy with a splash of milk, Southern Weather will have you walking on sunshine.

For us, Southern Weather embodies the wonderful relationships between a citric acidity balance and wonderful, full-bodied chocolates. We serve this every day and find it comfortable, yet surprisingly complex and sophisticated. We brew this with all devices all day long, even as espresso! Origin: Ethiopia Halo Beriti, Colombia El Tambo, & Guatemala Arroyito Caturra. Traditional - Modern, Washed Cupping Notes: Milk Chocolate, Plum, Candied Walnuts, Juicy & Citrus Finish
