"This is an exceptional coffee year-round, but it hits especially right in the crisp autumn or wet/frozen winter. While it is very smooth and balanced when given a proper bloom, it does have enough plummy and citric acid to please people that tend to enjoy more modern coffees, while not so much to overwhelm a casual or old-school consumer. I want to give a huge thanks to Beanbox for stocking this particular coffee, and a shoutout to Onyx themselves for making this available as a mainstay in their lineup. The pecan pie profile really ties this whole blend together and it's such a joy with some heavy cream and maple or sugar. If I was ever content with anything, no matter how perfect, I'd probably look no further and just stay subscribed to this blend. Overall: 10/10. I would fight someone for the last bag of this stuff. "

"I am a cream and sugar with flavors type of guy. But as I am losing weight, i been trying to drink my coffee black, (this takes some doing and in one year never found a coffee I enjoyed black), but with one cup of this coffee, this was delicious and flavorful, not overly strong but was smooth but not weak cup of coffee. Great blend!"

"I prefer light and medium roasts so I was surprised to like this so much. Much more complexity than expected for a dark roast and it makes a great affogato. I don’t have a great grinder and it didn’t seem to matter for this. I actually intend to get a bag of it once I have a better grinder. "
