"This is a good medium roast. Lots of darker chocolate (think 70%) at first, but not bitter. The orange starts to come out as it cools. I don't get any coconut, but may have been my brew method (made an Americano). Regardless, it's a lovely middle-of-the-lane medium roast."

"I received three bags of coffee right before Mothers Day. My adult kids always say I make the best coffee, they can never duplicate it at home, lol. Anyway, I thought I would make three pots of the three coffees while they were visiting so we could try them all. I made this one first, and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, it ended up having a lot of grounds in it, so I threw the last 1/3 of it down the sink. This coffee is wonderful, maybe my new favorite. Strong, flavorful and you can really taste the sweetness, even without the cream and sugar I normally put in it. You can taste the buttery coconut flavor. It was delicious. I would definitely put this on my rotation of great coffees. "
