"10/10 roast, but what else would we expect from Middle Fork. This was such a beautiful blend, and a delightful roast. The flavor profile came through in every brew."

"I don't even think I need to leave a review - we all know that Middle Fork is a 10/10 roaster. At the end of the day though, their specialty, holiday based roasts are always a 10/10 for me and this bean did not disappoint. "

"I love all of Middle Fork's coffees, but the barrel aged are particularly stellar. The smell's just right, and the flavor profile is amazing."

"I enjoy barrel-aged coffees a lot. The bourbon flavor wasn't overpowering, and the coffee itself had a nice flavor. "

"I really enjoy barrel aged coffees. I don't drink alcohol, but I love the flavor it gives to food. The smell of the beans while grinding and brewing was fabulous. The flavor wasn't overpowering, but definitely present. The only reason this got 4 stars, is that it's not a coffee I could daily."

"Nice coffee. Smooth, balanced, not too sweet, smokey or tart or acidic. Clean finish and brews nicely in a french press or in a drip machine. I do think the french press is slightly better. It may not have a super unique flavor profile, but it's a good coffee that I'd happily keep stocked in my cupboard."

"We really love barrel aged coffees. The flavor on this one was a bit more mild than other varieties I've tried. I personally don't taste any pumpkin spice, which is fine with me. I do with the coffee was a slightly darker roast. Good in both drip and french press. Overall, I'd buy this again. "

"Good roaster. Not my favorite roast but this is a solid low key roast for a day that I need multiple cups of coffee. Does well in both a french press and pour over. This is my go to french press roast. Solid flavor from first to last drink."
