Curator's Notes

A masterpiece of flavor, this coffee has more twists than your favorite mystery novel and just as satisfying an ending. Isn’t it great when a plan comes together?

Roaster's Notes

Guji is incredibly complex, starting with stone fruit, cranberry, plum, and black cherry. Hints of rosewater, honeydew, lime, and grapefruit. A sweet finish of caramel and medjool dates.

"This one is just so YUM! Love the amount of fruity blends you get in this coffee! I think my favorite part of it is the note of honey. One of my new favorite blends. "

"Very rich and complex coffee. Made wonderful espressos and latte (my mother usually doesn't like latte but she loved it)."

"Quite nice the blueberry really comes out between the other bright fruity notes in this one. I wouldn't recommend this for an everyday coffee but would go great to mix things up. Served black via an aeropress."

"Just switched from medium roast to light roast and am so glad I did. This is the one I was most excited to try this month and I was not disappointed. Excellent on both chemex and aeropress."

"A very nice morning coffee smooth and complex. I enjoy fruity and chocolate notes in a coffee. This particular coffee I wish just had a stronger finish, "

"Ethiopia Guji was best as drip coffee or french press. I like lightly roasted, acidic, fruity espresso so I purchased the Guji to brew espresso. The texture was too thin. It was difficult to dial in a balanced shot. The fruity acidity really came alive when I brewed as drip or french press."
