A happy accident, this coffee arrived in the place of another, and roaster Lori fell in love. This brew is big, toasty, and traditional, with a hint of bright fruit and a sweet finish like strawberry taffy. One lucky cup: we recommend doubling down.
Our newest Guatemala is a fair trade/organic CODECH Huehuetenango, from the farm of Gaspar Ramirez Torres. Notes of sweet orange, cocoa, big vanilla, and strawberries! I love it!

"Great full bodied, complex with mild spice and smooth finish. Does have faint strawberry hints and overall very tasteful. Mild acidity. Brewed black. Every coffee we have had from this roaster has been top notch. "
"This was a great morning coffee. The aroma upon waking up was incredibly peaceful and a great cup to have on drip or french press. It was just bold enough to be rich and flavorful without being overpowering. The chocolate notes were great. Could be a little more nuanced, but otherwise, excellent."
"Excellent chocolatey smooth with a little hint of fruit. Very smooth finish"
"Great flavors, mostly chocolate with a hint of fruits"
"I usually don't like sweet coffees but this one surprised me. The sweet orange and strawberries are excellent."
"The first of my world tour bean box I've tried with my father. The pack I received has chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry (with no mention of oranges). There is certainly a strawberry finish, a delicious start with a great company. (french press, Partaken black)"
"Not a bad cup of coffee. I really like Longshoreman's Daughter, but this roast was a little too fruit forward for me."
"This was good, was like a chocolate covered strawberry, or actually, as the strawberry flavor is the first you taste, it's like a strawberry filled with a nice dark chocolate. I really liked this one, and it pairs exceptionally with cream."
"more fruit forward that I expected. Do you like chocolate covered strawberries?? I do..... "
"Nice chocolatey cup with a good smooth hint of strawberries! Really like this one! "
