With its smooth, buttery richness and easy, low- acidity profile, this classic Sumatra showcases all the best characteristics of the origin. Note the generous size of the beans! This lot was sourced by the founder, Jim, during a visit to the region.
Roaster's Notes
No ordinary coffee. Jade-like translucent beans that when roasted turn an uneven color like candied orange. Earthy, full-bodied, and smooth. Like dried fruit in a buttery way. No acidity.
