Within the Southern highlands lies the Land of the Heavenly Kings, or Toraja: they're known for their traditional curved roofs, some of the world's oldest cave paintings, and pure coffee magic. Torajans still grow their coffee by traditional methods, and the whole community comes together to pick and process the beans.
