Curator's Notes
Deeply sweet and nutty, this comforting cup has a nice depth like cocoa powder and toffee, and a hint of mild, apple butter acidity. Finca el Xalum (pronounced cha-loom) is a family-run farm on Lake Amatitlan. It dates back to the mid-1800s!
