Joy to the Morning Giveaway - OFFICIAL RULES
1. SPONSOR
The JOY TO THE MORNING GIVEAWAY (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Bean Box, Inc., located at 1037 NE 65th Street, PMB 326, Seattle, WA 98115, Seattle, WA (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on November 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on November 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter by one or more of the following methods:

(a) Purchase Entry
Receive 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made through beanbox.com during the Entry Period. -
(b) Subscription Bonus
Subscribers who start or maintain a paid Bean Box subscription during the Entry Period will receive 100 bonus points. -
(c) Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without a purchase, visit https://www.instagram.com/beanboxcoffee/ and like and comment on the Giveaway post during the Entry Period. Each eligible participant will receive an entry equivalent to 100 points. Limit one (1) free-entry submission per person.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor (or its authorized representative) on or about December 5, 2025, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Runner-Up Prizes (4):

Total Prize Pool Value: approximately $1,968.95. Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Gift Certificates are subject to the terms and conditions printed thereon or otherwise imposed by the issuer.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified via email or direct message (for Instagram entrants) within five (5) days of drawing. Winners must respond within seven (7) days to confirm eligibility and acceptance. Failure to respond in time may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or unauthorized access to entry materials.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, and social handle for promotional purposes in any media, without compensation.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation or prize use.
11. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://beanbox.com/privacy .
12. GOVERNING LAW
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
