Roaster's Notes
Grown in the highlands of Yirgacheffe, Kochere is world-renowned for its singing acidity, floral aromatics, and vibrant citrus notes. This exceptional flavor profile is a product of the region’s rich volcanic soil, consistent rainfall, and generations of farming expertise. Over 450 smallholder farmers contribute to each harvest, hand-picking ripe cherries using traditional, sustainable practices—often under the natural shade of native trees. Coffee is more than a crop here; it’s a way of life deeply woven into the cultural and economic fabric of the community.
