Roaster's Notes
This light roast is a longstanding favorite from Equator Coffees: a fruit-forward coffee selection grown in Southern Ethiopia’s Guji Zone.
Ardi is processed using the natural method, where after harvesting the fruit is left to dry on the beans fully intact, imparting distinct berry-like flavors to the coffee. The Keffa team has been perfecting this process for well over a decade, culminating in a clean, fruit-forward flavor profile that doesn’t overpower the classic floral and sweet characteristics of Ethiopia Heirloom varieties.
