One of our favorite seasonal coffees. This natural process Yirgacheffe is grown in an area where cooler weather patterns slow the growth of the coffee cherry, resulting in a beautifully complex flavor profile. Big flavors of blueberry jam, cream, and a pleasant finish of graham cracker.
