Curator's Notes
Distinct and delicious, this cup has a body of rich caramel, bright notes of sugary raspberry, and a finish like dark chocolate and toffee. Sorted and processed in small batches, this is a truly hand-crafted coffee— and nothing beats a handmade holiday gift!
Roaster's Notes
This coffee comes from small holder farmers in the Cimulek area of West Java. Fresh cherries are carefully chosen and pulped in small batches. Fermented overnight and washed clean, the parchment is dried on raised beds in bamboo greenhouses. A truly hand-crafted coffee! Notes: very chocolatey with raspberry, caramel, toffee, and nougat.
