This lush, easy-drinking cup is from the Kayon Mountain Farm, an organic, eco-friendly producer since 2012. Its classic Ethiopian profile is full of florals, fruity like berry lemonade, and finishes with a drizzle of rich dark chocolate sauce.
Roaster's Notes
A fantastic natural-process Guji from the beloved Kayon Mountain farm. We originally bought this coffee to liven up our blends, but we love it so much, we can't stop brewing it as a single origin. Sweet and mellow, with fruity notes of raspberry, candied lemon, pineapple, and grape.
