Curator's Notes
So rich and full-bodied, you'd swear it was a dark roast: that's the magic of Sumatra! It doesn't take a lot to transform these beans into a deeply complex brew, and this perfectly-developed roast reveals the cup's fantastic earthy nature. Woodsy notes of dark chocolate dominate the palate, with a hint of red-wine tannins that catch you right at the end. Just like the Springtime, it's meant to be savored.
Roaster's Notes
This Sumatran roast shines with a medium roast profile, while still maintaining full, complex, and rich flavors. Chocolate notes, well balanced, a hint of sweetness, delicious with cream and Merlot-like. Only available while the beans last!
