Curator's Notes
The Dimtu Tero farm is a group of small growers within one of Ethiopia’s most beloved regions. These native heirloom beans shine with a full, round body like peach pie filling and tropical fruit nectar. A hint of sweet citrus caps the finish.
Roaster's Notes
This is TN's first year to offer Dimtu Tero, a coffee farm in the familiar Guji region of Ethiopia. We love Guji coffees for their pleasing blend of citrus and tropical fruiti flavors. The Dimtu Tero tastes like mango, peach, and lemon curd. The coffee is super sweet with a floral aroma. As true for every single summer offering, this coffee works beautifully as cold brew, hot drip, and a variety of manual brew methods.
