Sweet apple pie in the sky! When we first tasted this fruit-forward Colombian cup, we exclaimed to each other: "this tastes like apple pie filling!" Tandem Coffee's Colombia La Piramide is an apple turnover in your cup, with a soft, mellow acidity and super sugary profile. Sprinkle of chocolate shavings in the generous finish. As it cools, the apple notes become a little crisper, more distinct, and sweet flavors become lush and rich, like a mouthful of amber honey, or the toasted top of a creme brûlée.
