Today’s featured coffee has us feeling sharp: introducing Prickly Pear, a light-medium roast from our newest partner, Provision Coffee. This succulent blend of Guatemalan and Honduran coffees brings a juicy cherry brightness that develops into a creamy dulce de leche sweetness. Its soft, whipped-cream body allows this coffee to “pear” perfectly with milk and sugar, or stand on its own with a satisfying complexity.
