Introducing Olympia Coffee’s El Salvador Landaverde Gesha, a stunning light-roast bringing notes of bright kumquat, creamy mango lassi, with a delicate white peach candy finish. Landaverde Gesha’s natural processing adds to the complexity with layered florals and a silky mouthfeel. To complement these tasting notes, we’re including a free pairing of crispy dark chocolate-dipped orange slices with every bag.

Roaster's Notes

Erick Landaverde Gesha Flavors of strawberry, pineapple, and maple syrup Erick Landaverde is a coffee farmer from La Palma, Chalatenango. This lot is a pure Gesha varietal the most award-winning coffee varietal ever. This lot was produced and dried using the Natural Process Method, allowing for the fruit to dry on the seed pushing the fruity flavors back into the seed itself. This coffee was sourced using Fair For All methods from our longstanding La Palma project. The goal of the La Palma project is to identify, source, and purchase coffees from small-scale, high-quality coffee farmers in the region, and to bring a tangible quality of life value to these producers. La Palma is a small village set amongst the tall mountains of Chalatenango, in an area often called El Trifinio, where the borders of El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala meet.
