La Palma is a small village set amongst the tall mountains of Chalatenango. Constant cold fronts and high altitudes in these mountains create the perfect conditions for some of the sweetest coffees, all in the palm of your hand.

Region: Chalatenango Varietals: Pacas and Bourbon Flavor notes: Dark chocolate, Cherry, Hazelnut Represented Farmers: Alberto Ochoa, Samuel Luna, Familia Diaz, Jose Flores Our La Palma project’s goal is to identify, source, and purchase coffees from small scale, high quality coffee farmers from La Palma in El Salvador, and add tangible quality of life value back to these producers. La Palma is a small village set amongst the tall mountains of Chalatenango, that creates a barrier between three countries: Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador. We work with small-scale independent coffee farmers following Fair For All practices, ensuring we can make a positive impact and improve the quality of life for these producers. Constant cold fronts and high altitudes in these mountains create the perfect conditions for some of the sweetest coffees we’ve tried. The tightly-knit community of La Palma makes working there very exciting, and visiting every small farmer is a unique adventure every time. We believe this cup reflects each farmer’s work throughout the year.
