This is our first year purchasing coffee from Yermi Arias, and it is an absolute banger. From his farm La Joya at 1950 meters, Yermi harvested his crop mid summer, fermented for 12 hours and dried it on raised mesh beds for 5 days. This 100% castillo lot unanimously scored highly at origin and came in pristine provenance. Sweet red plum throughout, milk chocolate body and sweetness, with a hint of strawberry and citric acid to balance it. This is what Nariño coffees are all about, and this is a brilliant example of why we return to it year after year. Enjoy.
