Roaster's Notes
Jeovany Lara is a small producer growing stellar coffee in the high altitude hillsides of Honduras. High altitude typically results in sweeter and more complex coffees. Jeovany's coffee is no exception. Jeovany first started selling his produce in 2010, to the wider coffee market, where his coffee would get mixed into large regional or country of origin blends. Now, with the help of Benjamin Paz of the San Vicente mill, Jeovany is able to have the coffee from his small 1.25 hectare farm (3 acres) showcased across the world.
