"As promised I made Arcana Guatemala Tres Cruces as a 24 hour cold brew and even though it’s 24 degrees outside this drink is 5 stars hot !!!! I tried it two weeks ways, first straight up black and then with a little crushed ice and a splash of cream. While you couldn’t really go wrong either way my coffee drinkers preference is straight up in an 8 oz glass cup full coffee taste. In fact I may have enjoyed this coffee ☕️ more as a cold brew than hot. Who knew ? Enjoy either way. A great dark roast."

You can’t go wrong either way but my personal preference is to use a little bit of cream to fully extract all this one has to offer. I will be using this great coffee ☕️ as a cold brew next. "As always I made my morning brew as a pour over and really enjoyed the aroma of this dark roast coffee. The first taste was very pleasant and smooth and since I am usually a light roast coffee drinker that says a lot. Even as it cools it still holds strong however I never really could find any peach notes and that was what I was really hoping to set it apart from all other dark roasts. Still an interesting morning cup."

"This is one of those dark roast that gives you the roasty flavors you'd expect, but also follow through on it's promise to be more. I get milk chocolate, cinnamon alongside nice lighter notes of honey and stone fruit. Definitely not one of those bitter tasting darks. Brewed with a Moccamaster with a shower head. "
