Sophisticated and perfectly spiced, this coffee was anaerobically fermented for 72 hours and infused with whole cinnamon sticks throughout the coffee drying process. At first sip you will notice a distinct sweet note of cinnamon-sugar that reminds us of a spoonful of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. The texture is impeccably creamy while also light and a bit fruity, like a bite of custardy french toast drizzled with fresh marionberry syrup. Smooth tastes of milk-chocolate and spiced hot cocoa close out this brew, with a lingering hint of cinnamon on your palette that brings you back for cup after cup!
