Dry Fermentation, or “Kenya process,” is borrowed from Kenyan coffee tradition. Beans are allowed to ferment for 72 hours, producing a wine-like flavor profile. You’ll taste bright notes of summer fruits balanced by sweet syrupy berry flavors.
