Upfront, this light roast tastes clean, sweet, slightly sour, just like tart raspberries or salmonberries (a wild, summertime treat for humans— and bears— of the Pacific Northwest). The body is smooth, with a soft texture and a toffee-like nuttiness. But the finish is where this cup shines, with a lingering richness like malted chocolate.
