Wow! After the first batch of our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Brazil sold out in three days, we knew we had to do our best to give everyone a chance to try this exclusive coffee, made just for us. We're excited to offer a second, encore batch of this perfect, boozy, after-dinner brew. Fresh from the barrel, this bonus batch is sure to sell out just as fast. Don't miss your last chance to enjoy this cup of holiday "spirit".
To make this roast, organic Brazilian beans are aged for 2 weeks in a fresh bourbon barrel cask, and then roasted to the perfect medium-dark profile for the ultimate coffee cocktail. The nutty-chocolate notes of Brazilian coffee meld seamlessly with the spicy, sugary bourbon, giving this cup a big, boozy aroma and a complex flavor profile of vanilla, caramelized sugar, and spicy root beer. Just add a little whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, and your household will be the hit of the holidays.
This exclusive, super-limited cup is a collaboration between local roaster Seattle Strong and 2Bar Spirits. Seattle Strong is a young, innovative company founded in 2017 by students at the University of Washington. 2Bar spirits is a craft distillery that prides itself on using only Pacific Northwest grain. 2Bar’s bourbon, with a butterscotch, vanilla, and chocolate-cherry profile, is the perfect companion for a traditional, creamy coffee like Seattle’s Strong’s organic Brazil. You might say it’s a match made in coffee heaven… Seattle!
The first time we offered this coffee, it sold out before we could blink. Our encore batch of this boozy, sweet, and complex Brazilian has arrived just in time to kick off your holiday season. With less than 100 bags of this beauty, it’s going to fly, so act fast and reserve your bag of Bourbon Barrel-Aged Brazil before it’s last call at the (coffee) bar. Cheers!
3 bag maximum, please! We want to spread the holiday cheer.
||★★★★★||★★★★★ Wow, couldn't believe how good this was and wish I hadn't waited to order more as it is gone. All I can say is the it smells like caramelized sugar, bourbon and tastes like with a chocolate hint but I need to experience this again and maybe brew a little stronger. It is up there with Kona.|
