They got right to work, filling a fresh bourbon barrel with their organic Brazilian beans, and setting the magic into motion. Today, the wait is over, and we're excited to share this limited lot with you. Perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up, or a boozy, after-dinner treat, this "spirited" roast is a one-step coffee cocktail. One of our most popular coffees, this exclusive coffee won't be on our shelves for long!

To make this coffee, organic Brazilian beans are aged for 2 weeks in a fresh bourbon barrel cask, and then roasted to the perfect, medium-dark profile. The nutty-chocolate notes of Brazilian coffee meld seamlessly with the spicy, sugary bourbon, giving this cup a big, boozy aroma and a complex flavor profile of vanilla, caramelized sugar, and spicy root beer. For a free-wheeling brunch, this coffee is the ultimate maple syrup and bacon go-with. Or, add whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for a decadent, dessert-like cup. We guarantee it'll be the talk of the Zoom.

This exclusive, super-limited cup is a collaboration between local roaster Seattle Strong and 2Bar Spirits. Seattle Strong is a young, innovative coffee company founded in 2017 by students at the University of Washington. 2Bar spirits is a craft distillery that prides itself on using only Pacific Northwest grain. 2Bar’s bourbon, with a butterscotch, vanilla, and chocolate-cherry profile, is the perfect companion for a traditional, creamy coffee like Seattle’s Strong’s organic Brazil. You might say it’s a match made in coffee heaven… Seattle!
