Roaster's Notes
Leandra grows bourbon coffee trees, a popular specialty variety often grown in southern Peru, known for vibrant sweetness and complexity. The ripe cherries are depulped and fermented 36-46 hours in cement tanks before being fully washed, then the washed beans are left to dry on raised beds for 15-20 days.
