Roaster's Notes
This exceptionally clean community lot comes from Jobino Alberca, together with his neighbors in and around La Coipa, a small district of Cajamarca in northern Peru. All together they farm about 30 hectares of Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catimor varieties. We are super pleased with this coffee and notice caramel, a soft brown sugar sweetness, and a bright, clementine-like citrus note.
