Abdon Quilla Ochochoque tends to his small 2 hectare farm in one of the most isolated growing regions in all of Latin America. The remoteness and high elevation of this environment has allowed heirloom varieties to flourish like the Bourbon, Gesha and Typica found in this field blend. Undergoing the traditional washed process, this lot of coffee is a glimpse into the clean yet highly fruity sweetness that coffee from this region can offer.
