SUMMIT BLEND #814

Seattle's Hottest New Dark Roast is Back!

12 oz Whole Bean Dark & Roasty Coffee
By Rainier Coffee Roasters

Want to be notified when it's back?

Seattle's hottest new dark roast is back! Capture a bag of Summit Blend, the rich and rugged dark blend from our newest partner, Rainier Coffee Roasters. This is no ordinary dark: the flavors are bold and balanced, with a body of cacao nib, a sweet hint of rum-raisin, and a uniquely soft, toasty finish that reminds us of graham crackers. So many dark coffees have an “edge” to their flavors, but this one just melts away. And it only gets better as it cools. One sip, and you might find yourself racing to the Summit.

"Balanced and drinkable, although no distinctive flavors stood out. Good morning coffee."
KATIE 06/25/2022
★★★★★
"This coffee was disappointing. I brewed it as espresso with steamed milk (latte) and the flavor did not come through. It wasn't strong and didn't highlight any of the sweetness that others mentioned. It seemed like I was just drinking slightly coffee flavored steamed milk. Definitely not strong enough for my preference."

"This is a WINNER! It is both bold and rich with a nice sweet undertone. Will add it to my “best” list."
SARAH ANN 11/27/2021

"I grind the beans myself and sometimes add a tablespoon of Bean Box freshly ground to add a slightly different tone to the finished. Then I put it all in the gold basket of a Cuisinart coffee maker and let it drip through slowly. Delicious. I use different whole bean blends but Rainier Summit Blend is my favorite."

"This was a good tasting coffee, but nothing really stood out to me regarding flavor"

"First time I have had a coffee by this roaster. Very flavorful. I can pick up raisin and graham cracker. Go for it!"

"The raisin flavor was a bit too intense for me, especially as a dark roast. I was not a fan of this, unfortunately."
PABLO 06/02/2020
★★★★★
"Very interesting flavors in this coffee, you can tell that the tone of cracker makes this a very interesting experience. Good."
VINCENT 05/29/2020
★★★★★
"Clean, balanced taste that wasn't overly bold and the hint of Graham cracker is noticable. I would certainly come back for more."
