Curator's Notes
Take a sip of Sipi! This sweet, fudgy roast is a real treat from one of specialty coffee’s newcomers. These beans were grown on Mount Elgon, near the border of Kenya; you’ll note the similarity in its syrupy, molasses-like body and tangy acidity.

Sipi Falls is our go-to coffee whenever we are looking for a versatile, full-bodied cup brimming with creamy notes of fudge, rhubarb, and molasses. This coffee is cultivated in the fertile growing region near Mount Elgon, Uganda’s oldest extinct volcano. The miraculous combination of volcanic loam soil, abundant greenery, and roaring waterfalls contribute to the nutrient-rich growing conditions for this stellar coffee.
