This sugarcane decaf is processed in Colombia using local molasses — a delicious, eco-friendly method. We love this roast’s almond undertones and its sweet, fruity flavors. Brewed as drip or espresso, it hits the spot (so you can hit the hay).

"Despite the pic showing a medium, the one I received is blonde, and was a pleasant intro to those for me. I have had a few I didn't enjoy, but this one was smooth, and incredibly fruity without being cloying. Quite clean. It was white grape and dried apricots -- in the nose and on the tongue. I brew my coffee coarser, at a lower temp and for a briefer interval than anyone I know, and this roast came through beautifully. (I've been drinking coffee for 30 years, lived in Italy, and worked in many espresso bars, and have come to prefer the simplicity of a short run through a small french press.) This bean was lively and refreshing, and not how I usually think of coffee. It would prob be fantastic with a chemex or pourover.""
