Roaster's Notes
From the highlands of Guji at 2,120 meters above sea level, this natural-processed coffee was prepared at the Hambela Buleye mill by longtime Little City partners and friends Robel Kidane and his Lulo Coffee team. Meticulously processed Ethiopian varieties shine here with vibrant raspberry brightness, cherry-cola sweetness, and a delicate hibiscus tea finish, capturing the fruit-forward clarity and floral elegance that Guji is celebrated for.
