Curator's Notes
It’s a rare treat to enjoy fine coffee from Uganda! This lot comes from Bukonzo Joint Coop located in the “Mountains of the Moon”. Coffees from this area are prized for their soft citrus notes; this cup’s dark chocolate finish keeps it all in balance.
Roaster's Notes
Description Questions This excellent coffee comes to us from Bukonzo Joint Cooperative. The coop is member-run and has invested in setting up their own central milling, hulling, sorting, and storage facilities to ensure the most value is returned to the farmers. In the cup you will find flavors of raspberry and lemon, balanced well with its dark chocolate finish. This coffee brews a delightfully fruity and tasty cup that you'll enjoy sharing.
