Curator's Notes
Ethiopia contains over 6,000 indigenous coffee varietals: like a lottery you always win, it’s hard to go wrong. These washed beans are sweet and floral, like peach tea with a generous squeeze of lemon. Certified organic; certifiably delicious.
Roaster's Notes
Ethiopia grows some of the best coffees in the world, this Gotiti being a great example. Ancient, heirloom varietals and the perfect growing conditions combine to give a juicy cup full of nectarine, peach, pear, and delicate notes of jasmine. We're in love with this coffee!
