I was looking for the really bright, jasmine, yirgacheffe and got exactly that. Not too vegetal but nice acidity.
Brewed via chemex
and we drink our coffee black. Love the different flavors and taste in this coffee. I can see where those that prefer a darker roast flavor would not appreciate this as much, but we love the variety light roast
s have to offer in subtler flavors.
I cannot pronounce the name, but it was good with French vanilla creamy.
Got this as one of my samples. Too floral
for my taste, but I'm sure it appeals to others.
This coffee had a lot of spice too it. I love yergachefs. Drank black.
Very light, subtle flavor-- sweet and herbal
with a smooth finish
This coffee is definitely unique. I just think the flavors are more suited to tea than to coffee.
Not my favorite coffee, however I give it points for a unique flavor. I can definitely taste floral
and tea flavors. Not sad I tried it

Just ok for me. The floral
aroma was a little to reminiscent of perfume or soap. My coffee partner loved it, but he’s more into light roast
s than I am.
Absolutely delicious, the lemongrass was ra really nice and interesting note that I have rarely found in other coffees. I wish I could order more, but its a seasonal roast so.... I primarily used a chemex
, but a few espresso
s were pulled with it as well.
I did not prefer this coffee - too acidic for my liking.
I brewed this with my french press
. This has always been one of my favorite coffees. I like to add a dash of cinnamon
to bring out the cinnamon
This is a very light, smooth coffee that has a tea like taste and smell. I would recommend for fans of a lighter bodied coffee that still has distinct flavor. Drank black from aeropress
This is a favorite. It’s light and bright with a great acidity. Buy time and time again.
Slightly acidic at first taste, good aftertaste, slightly acidic at the end. Light notes of Jasmine come through, as well as a bit of cinnamon
. Best black, cream drowns out all flavor.
Hard to describe the taste of this coffee. I guess lemongrass is the dominant taste and smell. And I got some hints of jasmine, sweetness and definitely the tea and tea-like body. May not sound so good but this was a very interesting, clean and delicious coffee. Brewed french press
This is one of my go to simple coffees. The flavors are very subtle. This brews a nice well balanced cup of coffee without any bitterness.
This is my favorite roast. It is very different in flavor, in the best way possible. The tea note gives this coffee a very unique flavor. I order this coffee on almost every big order we put in. If you are looking for a unique, flavorful coffee look no further!
This coffee is a gem. Very subtle notes of Jasmin tea.
A deliciously sweet and balanced cup of coffee. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay away from the typically bitter cup of coffee. No sugar needed.
This one is GOOD! Was pleasantly surprised by this and now that the bag is almost gone I’m crying! Excellent floral
Excellent blend. I can really smell more jasmine notes than lilac but perhaps that is just me. I can taste the apple cinnamon
notes though. Delicious light and works as a pick me up during a hecktic week!
aroma when first ground. I'd love it as a perfume! Texture is like a very strong tea, with a short sweet and dry finish. Smooth caramel
notes and some sandalwood. Nice, but not an everyday coffee. aeropress
might not be the best brewing method.
This coffee is perfect for my palate in nearly every aspect; A beautiful blend of earthy, smooth, and fruit notes combine for a great mid-day cup!
We enjoyed this particular blend. We are fond of cinnamon
, so we're not sure if that might be what it is, or perhaps it is the floral
element. Either way, we're sold on this lighter roast coffee!
I made this with a Kalita Wave. I enjoyed both cups but found when I let the second cup sit for about 30 min, the cup tasted thin with some tartness. Not a coffee that works with slow sipping.
This coffee has a bold mix of flavors including a tiny bit of tart and whole lot of tea. The finish is well-rounded. If you have a tea lover in your family who is skeptical about coffee, this is the one to get them to try.
A nice lighter roast with floral
notes and a slight tart finish. Brewed with a v60
This coffee has great balanced and is smooth. This will be a go to coffeee for me. This is one of the best single origins I'm had. I would recommend this coffee to anyone who wants a lighter roast.
The smell is earthy. The coffee has flavors of sour green apple with hints of flowery sweetness. Mild sweetness. Medicum. body. Moderate acidity grows strong-- tasting like tannins leading to some puckering at the end.
Reminds me of being back at home in South Carolina, the floral
aroma you get from this coffee is something really great. The taste combination of cinnamon
Apple, and Lemongrass is just something amazing. Your tastebuds will enjoy this one in the morning.
