If you thought the 72 hour Anaerobic Natural fermentation of Jagong Jeget was extraordinary, just wait until you try this 25 day version. An anaerobic fermentation means that the coffee cherries are in a container void of air for the full 25 days, which results in insanely fruity flavors in a coffee that is still structurally layered. I hope you’re ready for this one of a kind coffee experience normally not found in Indonesian coffees.
