"Oh, Goshen, my new favorite roaster! Great aroma reminiscent of carmel corn. Grinding of the beams and brewing continues to release this aroma. Flavor notes of carmel and mild apple. Taste of this medium roast is smooth, but lingers on the tongue. I will definitely order more of this seasonal roast while available."

"Many thoughts about this coffee. Really looking forward to it as I haven’t had a Brazil cuppa in awhile. Also this was my first time trying a Goshen brew. That said I was really disappointed to only see a Best Buy date of 4/26 on not a roast date. However it must have been roasted within a short period as the bloom on my pour over was fantastic. It certainly leaned into the lighter roast instead of medium though. I would say that the flavor notes while not loud and pushy were spot on. Nice. All in all a very sweet drinkable cup. Enjoy."
