Our richest and deepest seasonal brew, Summer Solstice is an annual treat from Fundamental Coffee, Seattle’s dark-roast artists. They’ve crafted this cup from directly-sourced Central American and African beans—unusual for a dark coffee—and the results are magical: an aroma of florals and almond roca opens this smooth cup, along with a subtle hint of tropical fruit. The finish is toasty and rich, and lingers in your mouth like an after-dinner coffee candy.
