Roaster's Notes
This Pink Bourbon from Sebastian Ramirez delivers rosewater aromatics, bright orange starburst candy, and raspberry jam flavors with a delicate, tea-like body. Sebastian sources these cherries from partner growers at 1,800 meters in Huila, then processes them at his El Placer facility in Quindío using a clean washed method with 24-36 hour fermentation. It's his most straightforward process, the one that lets Pink Bourbon's floral character come through clearly. Light roast to keep things bright and lively.
