We are proud to offer this exceptional decaf coffee from Suke Quto, the celebrated farm of Tesfaye Bekele in Ethiopia's Guji Zone. This lot has the full body and rich berry character of a natural-process coffee with delicate notes of blackberry jam, shortbread, and orange blossom. It was decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, a chemical-free method that preserves the coffee's original character. Suke Quto holds both Organic and Rainforest Alliance certifications, reflecting Tesfaye's commitment to environmentally responsible farming.
