The body of this washed light roast is silky and smooth, like chocolate milk. Flavor profile is honey-sweet, with some pulpy honeydew melon upfront, a nice restrained acidity, and a finish like sugar-dusted florals. As it cools, we taste some malty flavors, even a tang of black licorice candy! Clean, unique, and so easy to drink, one sip of this beautiful cup and you'll discover why the Wush Wush varietal, widely compared to the famous Gesha, has seen such a recent surge of popularity.
