Jose Oliveira has firmly secured his seat on our menu with this exceptional single origin coffee. This fruity stunner was farmed in the Cerrado Mineiro Region, an area known for producing high scoring specialty coffees, and the only region in Brasil with a "Protected Geographical Indication". Taste notes: Spiced apple pie, plum pudding, almond brittle, maple syrup, & allspice. Great medium body complemented with a silky Red Anjou pear acidity coming through. This pulped natural process coffee is truly exquisite.
