Curator's Notes
If you’ve never had a peaberry coffee, you are in for a treat! Coming in hot from Brazil, get ready for San Coffee Peaberry! We are excited to bring you this special peaberry lot from our friends at Stamp Act Coffee. This brew brings together some of our favorite things: direct-trade partnerships, rare expert-crafted offerings, and delicious nutty fruity coffee! The only peaberry we have featured all year, this brew is syrupy-sweet like berry jam and creamy like hazelnut butter.
Roaster's Notes
Fazenda Samambaia is one of the core members of the Santo Antonio Estates and Stamp Act's first direct relationship. This farm is both gorgeously kept and historic. Owned by the Cambraias’s since the 19th century, it’s executive operator is now Henrique Cambraia. Coffees at Samambaia are meticulously processed, clean and high quality. It's a joy to feature such dedication and hard work.
