Roaster's Notes
A sweet and enjoyable offering from a family-owned and run farm in Minas Gerais. Inácio Urban manages his 1,600 hectare farm with his children Erika and Fernando. Common to Brazil, the coffee is mechanically picked, and carefully sorted by density. Additionally, the farm is UTZ, Rainforest Alliance, and 4C certified.
